I, Marina Gapeenkova, as Recruitment & Career Consultant, commit to the following:
1. Through our collaborative work, you will receive one (1) customized professional resume, written by me, tailored to a specific job description, that meets all current recruitment industry requirements.
2. Our work together includes at least 45-minute interview where I inquire about and clarify your skills and experience, as it relates to the job description at hand.
3. At the end of the process, you will receive a Word, PDF and Text copies of the final version of your tailored resume.
4.Turn around time is 3-5 business days after the day of payment and initial interview (which ever one is the latest).
5. Expedited/Rush Service (48 hours after the day of payment and initial interview, whichever one is the latest) $75. Requests MUST be submitted before 12 noon EST to receive your final copy the day after tomorrow.
For example: If request submitted by noon on Monday, you receive your resume by noon on Wednesday. If request is submitted Monday after 12 noon. You receive your resume by noon on Thursday.
6. Reschedule and cancellation policy: at least 24 hours’ notice is required for the initial interview. Failing to provide adequate notice will result in $75 additional scheduling fee. If you have an emergency, please call or email me as soon as possible to rearrange our interview.
7. Payment is due prior to scheduling of the initial interview session.

9. Guarantee. I 100% stand behind the quality of my work and your satisfaction is most important to me. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the final version of your resume, I’ll be happy to make revisions until you are fully satisfied. You, as a client, agree to deliver the following:
1. A current chronological resume
2. A sample job description, completion and return to me of Job Description Questionnaire that is provided by me at the time of engagement (if applicable).
3. Engaged participation in the initial assessment, that is providing clarifying answers, active listening, coming prepared for the session on time.
